This website: keyword research and SEO for a brand-new domain
I practise what I pitch. This page documents how I’m getting lolatasa.com found, and I’ll update it honestly as results come in. New domains take weeks or months to rank, so there are no promises here, only a method.

01The challenge
A brand-new domain has no authority. The aim is to be found for my own name and a few niche, low-competition phrases that match the roles I want.
02Method
- Define the target audience: hiring managers and marketing teams in Cork.
- Build a keyword shortlist with search volume and difficulty, and note the search intent behind each.
- Map each keyword to one page, so pages don’t compete with each other.
- Take a Search Console snapshot at launch, then at 4 weeks and 8 weeks.
03Keyword map

|---|---|---|---|---|

| 4 | e-commerce SEO specialist | 10–100 | Role | SEO case study |
| 5 | digital marketer Cork | 0–10 | Local | Contact, About |
Volume ranges from Google Ads Keyword Planner. More keywords will be added after further research.
04Technical SEO built in
- Hand-coded static site: fast to load, no page builder bloat.
- A unique title tag and meta description on every page, with the target keyword in the title, H1 and first paragraph.
- Person and Article schema, Open Graph tags, canonical URLs and hreflang tags linking each English page to its Spanish version.
- XML sitemap, a robots.txt that allows indexing, and alt text on every image.
