01The challenge
Kaizokucon is a student-run charity convention with 6,000+ social followers. Its regular posts were informational, and it needed content that built excitement around its 2025 guests and its nautical, pirate theme.
02What I did
- Managed all social accounts for the event and created informational content.
- Coordinated with the guest team for panels and events.
- Created collaborative posts with well-known voice actors, designed around the 2025 pirate theme.
- Earlier, as 2024 Event Staff, worked in a team of 50 students running an event with 3,000+ annual attendees.
03Results
- The guest intro posts drove 180% more engagement than regular informational posts.
